Cookies Policy

Applies to: www.labe.co.uk (pre-launch buyer landing page) Last updated: 20 Dec 2025

This Cookies Policy explains how LABE Trade Ltd (“LABE”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the LABE pre-launch buyer landing page at www.labe.co.uk (the “Landing Page”).

This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which sets out who we are, how to contact us, what data is collected and how and why we collect, store, use and share personal information.

Note: This Landing Page does not currently include marketplace features (such as user accounts, seller listings, checkout or payment processing). When the LABE marketplace launches, additional cookie information may apply to those features and will be reflected in an updated Cookies Policy.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device when you visit a website. Cookies may be set by us (first-party cookies) or by selected third parties (third-party cookies).

When you first visit the Landing Page, you will be presented with a cookie banner that allows you to make informed choices about which categories of cookies you accept, and (where required by applicable law) to obtain your consent for non-essential cookies.

Consent and changing settings

We will ask for your permission through a clear and prominent notice (our cookie banner and preference centre) before placing any non-essential cookies on your device, except for strictly necessary cookies that are essential for the Landing Page to work. For users in the UK, EU and other jurisdictions where required by law, we will only use non-essential cookies with your consent. In other jurisdictions, we may rely on consent and/or our legitimate interests as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can withdraw any previously given consent or manage your cookie preferences at any time by selecting “Manage cookies” in the website footer (or via the link in the cookie banner, where shown). Your choices will be respected and implemented as soon as reasonably practicable after selection. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Our use of cookies

We use the categories of cookies below on the Landing Page. Some cookies are session cookies (which expire when you close your browser) and others are persistent cookies (which remain on your device for a defined period or until you delete them).

  • Strictly necessary cookies: required for the operation of the Landing Page and to store your cookie banner choice. These essential cookies are always enabled and we do not seek your consent for them (though you can switch them off in your browser settings — see “Browser controls” below).
  • Analytical or performance cookies: help us recognise and count visitors and understand how people use the Landing Page so we can improve content and performance (e.g. pages visited and time on page). Where required by law, we only use these with your consent.
  • Functionality cookies: support features you choose to use on the Landing Page (for example, the embedded waitlist signup form). Where required by law, we only use these with your consent.
  • Targeting cookies: the Landing Page does not currently use targeting cookies for third-party advertising.
